Price includes Fast As discount. Price excludes land and site costs; site costs are site-specific and will vary according to your land. ^Fast As Site Start program is available on new deposits from 01.09.2026 on registered land or land registering soon in eligible QLD build regions. Excludes homes with non-standard structural variations outside of pre-drawn standard design options, unsewered sites, and flood affected sites. The Fast As discount is not available with any other offer.
