Step inside our display homes near Brisbane

Nothing compares to walking through a real home. Photos and floor plans only tell part of the story. A display visit allows you to experience how rooms connect, check whether furniture will comfortably fit and see how natural light moves through living spaces.

In South East Queensland, that means noticing breezeways that capture afternoon air, alfresco areas positioned for summer shade and open-plan layouts designed for the way Brisbane families live.

Australian Building Company display homes offer the opportunity to explore different sizes and layouts in person. You will receive clear, straightforward guidance from New Home Advisors who explain what is included, what is optional and how the build process works.

If you have secured land, bring your block dimensions along with a rough budget and wishlist to make the most of your visit.

What you'll find inside our display homes

Step inside and you will gain a clearer sense of how the kitchen truly functions, whether that is an island bench or galley layout, the inclusion of a walk-in pantry and the position of the laundry. Master suites demonstrate separation from main living zones, while flexible spaces such as studies and media rooms help you picture how your family will spread out.

Keep in mind that not everything on display may be a standard inclusion. Display homes often showcase upgrade finishes such as stone benchtops, feature tiles, higher ceilings or designer lighting. The Australian Building Company Colour Viewer and ABC 3D Home Visualiser allow you to explore options at your own pace, making the selection process feel simple and manageable rather than overwhelming.
