^Fast As Site Start program is available on new deposits from 01.05.2026 on registered land or land registering soon in eligible QLD build regions. Excludes homes with non-standard structural variations outside of pre-drawn standard design options, unsewered sites, and flood affected sites. The Fast As discount is not available with any other offer. Any construction industry shutdown periods during December / January are not included in the advertised timeframes and may extend the advertised timeframe accordingly. Guaranteed timeframes and applicable discounts may be altered, reduced or voided where there is a change in home design after the date of deposit, or any variations made after signing of the contract. Any structural changes at contract stage (including site plan changes for jobs with HSTP), or where changes require new reports or approvals from external providers, will result in a minimum four (4) week delay to site start and the discount reduced accordingly. Where delays are encountered by Australian Building Company, customers will be notified and any original discounts will be retained.
Australian Building Company is not responsible for delays relating to land, including land registration, or delays caused by third parties outside of its reasonable control, including Council-related applications, authority to commence construction from your lending body, or other external approvals, which may alter or void the guaranteed timeframes and discounts outlined.
