^Fast As 8 Weeks to Site Start Program is available on new deposits from 12 July 2022. Available only on compliant home and land packages in our Queensland Build region. Any construction industry shutdown periods during December / January are not included in the advertised timeframes. Written confirmation must be received from Australian Building Company confirming customer qualification for the 8 Weeks to Site Start Program within 7 days of deposit. Available only on titled land in our Queensland build region. Excludes homes with structural variations and homes build on unsewered sites. Change in home design after date of deposit will alter/void any guaranteed timeframes as outlined on this page. Delays with land registration will alter/void any guaranteed timeframes as outlined within this brochure.
Australian Building Company does not supply the land. Any requests for further variations after the signing of the contract will incur fees, at the discretion of Australian Building Company and alter/void any guaranteed timeframes as outlined within this brochure including your guaranteed build time. Any Council related applications may alter/void with the guaranteed timeframes as outlined within this webpage. Any delay with our authority to commence construction from our lending body will alter/void any guaranteed timeframes as outlined within this brochure.
