Lachlan In sales was friendly and helpful and gave great tips and advice on things I wouldn't have thought of.
Brad my site supervisor kept contact and worked well with the private inspector I hired to ensure everything went smooth.
Maddie in the accounts department kept me up to date on all payments and even though my bank was slow to pay I wasn't charged interest.

Build start to finish was approx 6 months for single story.
Only a couple things to raise at the 90 day inspection as everything else was sorted before handover.

"Great experience in building with ABC homes"
"Our journey with ABC began in late August 2023 with a conversation with ABC sales consultant Anu Agnihotri over the phone. She came highly recommended by a couple of friends who had previously built with ABC. From the first call, I was deeply impressed by Anu’s knowledge and her meticulous attention to detail. She was instrumental in helping us choose the design, color scheme, upgrades, and more. It never felt like we were speaking to a sales consultant; rather, she felt like a friend. Her turnaround time from concept to plan to contract completion was remarkable. Although ABC’s back office took some time for documentation and approvals, our build began in December 2023.
Dylan Sadlers was assigned as our site supervisor, and he was the second great thing that happened to us during our build. Our 44-square double-story house was handed over in May 2024. Dylan was highly accessible, regularly provided progress updates, and promptly resolved all my queries. From contract to key handover, it took just nine months to build this house, which is very satisfying, especially after having a bad experience with Simonds.
I am highly thankful to the ABC team, especially Anu, for providing guidance whenever I had questions. Other sales consultants might stop picking up your calls after the contract signing, but Anu is different; she is always accessible throughout your journey and even after that."
