Building New
Hannah and Bailey are a young, engaged couple that made the decision to purchase their first home.
Hannah, vet nurse and Bailey, mechanic love all things video games and vintage cars. Homing two cats and working on cars, they decided it was time for more space to suit their lifestyle.
Unable to find what they were looking for in the established market, they decided to try their luck with building new.
"There was limited housing available in the established market. By choosing to build, we had the advantage of accessing Government Grants and we didn’t have to compromise on design or layout" explained Hannah.
After speaking to a mortgage broker, Hannah and Bailey had a better understanding of their borrowing capacity and were looking for a builder that was as excited and enthusiastic as they were, to help them get into their first home.

"Despite the quick build time, the quality and care put into the build was very impressive. Our Site Manager Freddy, went above and beyond for us and the communication was fantastic. Our home was built in 4 months and we were very impressed with the quality.
