You can rest assure that all ABC homes on any orientation will meet 7 star standards, as long as the criteria is met and negating items are not included.
In the base price of our homes, you can rest assure that all ABC homes on any orientation will meet 7 star included, as long as the below criteria is met:
- Standard plan
- Standard design options
- Standard facades
- Any orientations
- Inclusive of current promotions
Any of the below items will negate this offering and revert the home to its current specifications and will be subject to standard energy assessment/specification upgrades where required:
- Increasing ANY glass areas – doors/windows/kitchen window splashback
- Increasing Ceiling Heights (over and above standard)
- Non-Standard Structural changes
- Any Extensions (i.e. 1m to Garage width)
- Changing External materials (i.e. Brickwork to cladding)
