How do I qualify?
1. Choose a home design
All standard single storey homes up to 25 squares with standard design options are available with the 39 week* deposit to move in program. Structural variations are excluded.
2. Have land ready to go
Your land must be titled and accessible. Sites with an excess of 600mm of fall, unsewered sites and sites requiring demolition are ineligible for Fast As.

*Australian Building Company’s 39 weeks deposit to move in program is available on new single storey deposits from November 4, 2024 and applies to the construction of the home only. Offer only available on homes up to 25 squares. Written confirmation must be received from Australian Building Company confirming customer qualification. Available only on titled land in eligible SA build regions. Excludes homes with non-standard structural variations, sites with an excess of 600mm of fall, unsewered sites and sites requiring demolition. Application must meet deemed to satisfy council requirements. Guaranteed timeframes will be altered or voided where there is a change in home design after date of deposit, delays with land registration, any variations made after signing of the contract, where a customer nominates an independent inspection, where a customer needs to be perform ‘Owner Works’ to site, delays with our authority to commence construction from customer’s lending body, delays in paying HIA Contract Payments as per the timeframe set out in the HIA Contract, and where final HIA Contract Payment is not made within 5 working days after Practical Completion. Deposit to Move in program excludes external brick or concrete paths and/or paving, driveway, landscaping and fencing and where a customer needs to be perform ‘Owner Works’ or ‘Owner engaged Contractors’ to site. Deposit to Move in Program excludes Christmas industry shutdown period and any period where the finish date was pushed back for reasons outside of Australian Building Company’s control (as per clause 11.3 of the building contract). Australian Building Company does not supply the land and is not in any way responsible for the provision of finance or credit assistance.
