Excludes homes with non-standard structural variations outside of pre-drawn standard design options, unsewered sites, and flood affected sites. The Fast As discount is not available with any other offer. Any construction industry shutdown periods during December / January are not included in the advertised timeframes and may extend the advertised timeframe accordingly. Guaranteed timeframes and applicable discounts may be altered, reduced or voided where there is a change in home design after the date of deposit, or any variations made after signing of the contract.
