Are you ready to make your dream home your real home? Because at ABC we’ve made building your new home easier, faster and less stressful with our Fast As Program, getting everyday Aussies into their new home sooner.
If you’re building a single storey home 235m2 or smaller then you could be moving into your new home just 17 weeks after site start.
What’s the catch?
There’s no catch at all, just a few pre-qualifying conditions. Like are you building a single storey home 235m2 and under in our QLD build region? Are you building on a sewered site with a bushfire requirements below BAL 19? What about a standard home design with only standard design options? If you answered yes to all of the above, then there is a good chance you qualify for our Fast As Program.
But, before you get too far, there’s a few more things to consider. Advertised timeframes only apply to the build of your home, and doesn’t include driveway, landscaping or fencing. Any Council approval applications to the build or independent inspections that you organise may add additional time to your build. The amount of additional time will be confirmed by your Pre-site Manager when lodging for full building approval. You will also need to make all HIA contracts on time as set out in your contract, plus make the final HIA payment within 5 days of Practical Completion to avoid voiding the timeline.
If that all checks out, then you might be on your way to moving into your new home sooner than you thought possible.

*Australian Building Company 17 Week Build Time Guarantee available on single storey homes up to 235m2 with standard design options in our eligible QLD Build Region only, from 6th January 2025. Timeframe applies to the construction of the home only and any construction industry shutdown periods during December / January are not included in the advertised timeframes. Excludes homes with driveway, retaining walls, landscaping, fencing, bushfire requirements BAL 19 and above and unsewered sites. Guaranteed timeframes will be altered or voided where a customer nominates an independent inspection, where a customer needs to be perform 'Owner Works' to site, delays in paying HIA Contract Payments as per the timeframe set out in the HIA Contract, and where final HIA Contract Payment is not made within 5 working days after Practical Completion. Australian Building Company does not supply the land, and is not in any way responsible for the provision of finance or credit assistance.
Australian Building Company takes no responsibility for build timeframe delays due to factors reasonably outside of our control. Any requests for further variations after the signing of the contract will incur fees, at the discretion of Australian Building Company.
