*$6K No Way offer is available on new Australian Building Company deposits from 22.11.2024 on select Home & Land packages priced up to $700,000 in Brisbane, Sunshine & Gold Coast build areas only. To be eligible, customers must meet the following pre-qualifying conditions: 1) qualify for QLD govt’s First Homeowner Grant (FHOG) and the Australian govt’s First Home Guarantee Scheme (FHBG), 2) pay $6,000 deposit, applied to the land and build contracts as follows: - $1,000 paid to Australian Building Company and $5,000 paid to the land developer, 3) provide satisfactory evidence of 6 months continuous renting history via a Rental Ledger. Alternatively, for customers not currently renting, save the remaining 5% deposit required and provide satisfactory genuine savings history for at least 3 months, and 4) apply and qualify for land and construction loans. Lending costs, fees and lender’s terms and conditions will apply. Australian Building Company may vary this offer at any time and does not supply finance or land.
